After twenty five summers, a quarter of a century, of providing exciting London internships, career exploration and travel for High School students, Lynn and Nina, the Directors of Intern Exchange, have decided to retire.

Staff members through the years, who lived with us in the dorms and were available 24/7, and who were guides, confidants, friends and role models for our students.

Preceptors, who so generously shared their expertise and worked to create positive and meaningful internship experiences.

School Guidance and College Counselors, who recognized this unique opportunity and encouraged their students to join us.

Interns, who were willing to take a risk and try something beyond their comfort zone in order to explore a career interest, make new friends and expand their horizons.

Parents, who trusted us to guide and support their teens in their work and social life far from home.

Over the years, we've worked with thousands of Interns. It's hard to believe that our first group of Interns is now in their early 40's, many married with children, many working in careers that they first explored in London with IEI. Our last group is finishing high school or just entering college, with this summer still fresh in their minds and the future yet to unfold.

We are very pleased to let you know that Discovery Internships, part of the Summer Discovery/Musiker Discovery/Dream Careers family of programs, is going to continue the traditions of Intern Exchange.
