 Go behind the scenes of a bustling world-class hotel in the heart of London -- like The Lanesborough, Westbury, Four Seasons Hotel or The Langham-- to see the operation from the ground up. From the human resources department and the guest rooms to the kitchen and the front office, you'll be exposed to the hotel's inner workings. Each hotel offers its own unique experiences. "My Internship has given me a behind-the-scenes view of what goes into creating a five-star atmosphere. I have stayed in hotels of this caliber and experienced what it is like to receive this service: everything seems to be seamless and perfect. Being on the other side has really shown me just how much work and effort gets put into each and every detail from the kitchen, where each meal that leaves is perfect, to the boardroom, where pencils are turned so guests can see the Four Seasons logo.
