The Other Side Brittany Ouyang, Hotel Management When I first received the IEI mailing, I assumed that it would be like any other teen program. Now, having experienced all that this trip has to offer, I realize I could not have been more wrong. Having family halfway across the world has taken me many places, and perhaps this is what inspired my interest in Hotel Management. Through working closely with staff and employees at the Carlton Tower, I have seen the other side of the hotel experience: the cooperation, dedication and hard work it takes to achieve the perfect stay for the guest. To anyone with the slightest interest in Hotel Management, I say to go for it. What better way is there to learn than to jump right in and give it your best shot? I thank IEI for giving me such an amazing opportunity. |
