Media & Design Workshops, open to students ages 15-18, combine theory and practice to give you the background and skills you need to pursue your dreams. Accomplished professionals lead project-based workshops that delve into Photography, Journalism, Video Production and Fashion & Design. Your IEI experience can open your eyes to a whole new career field, teach you to meet deadlines and present your work professionally, and give you the skills to excel in your high school or college classes and activities.

The summer culminates with a special evening exhibition of your work at Cavendish College. By the end of the programme, you’ll have an impressive portfolio, or for Video Production students, a DVD, which you can use to your advantage in the college admissions process. Former Media & Design Workshop Interns have used their portfolio and experience to great success in applying to schools like Syracuse University Newhouse School of Public Communications and NYU’s Tisch School of Arts.

Receive College Credits with IEI's Media & Design Workshops
All Media & Design Workshop participants are eligible to receive three college credits upon successful completion of their programme. These credits will be issued by Cavendish College and are transferable for high school or college credit and to bolster college applications.Click here to read more about this exciting new program!
