Terms of Payment
The initial non-refundable payment of $750.00 consists of a $100.00 application fee and $650.00 Internship deposit.

A further payment of $2,000.00 is due within 10 days of acceptance to secure enrollment. The balance of the tuition and all other fees are invoiced by e-mail and are due by April 1. Applications mailed after April 1 require full payment.

In the event a student is not accepted to the programme, all payments will be refunded, less the non-refundable application fee.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
The following tuition payments will be refunded should you decide to withdraw your application once it has been received by IEI:

Withdrawal prior to February 1st:
A refund of all tuition payments, less the $650.00 initial deposit.

Withdrawal between February 1st and March 1st:
A refund of all tuition payments, less $1,640.00.

Withdrawal between March 1st and April 1st:
A refund of all tuition payments less $2,395.00.

Withdrawal after April 1st:
There can be no refunds on or after April 1st.

The effective date of withdrawal is the date that written notification of withdrawal is received at the Home Office of IEI.

Room Damage, Lost Key & Medical Expenses Deposit is refundable, less charges and other advances, and will be returned after the completion of the program, once IEI has received a full accounting from the Bursar at the University of London Residence Halls.
